He is actively involved in O,R&Lโs tenant representation activities and the sale and leasing of properties throughout Connecticut.
Operating out of the companyโs two locations in Branford and Rocky Hill, he works with landlords and developers of commercial projects. He has significant experience in lease and sale contract negotiation, site selection, investment analysis, feasibility studies and opinions of value.
