Bridgette joined O,R&L Commercial as a Marketing Coordinator in 2004 with over 10 years of experience in the field of graphic design. Prior to O,R&L she worked as Director of Creative Services for a national gift basket corporation.

As a marketing coordinator, Ms. Rodrigues has been involved in over 300 commercial lease and sale transactions involving office and industrial buildings, apartments, land, and retail shopping centers. She has successfully executed marketing strategies for commercial transactions with private individuals, nonprofit companies, small companies and many large firms including Fortune 500 Corporations.

At O,R&L she actively markets all new property listings by creating innovative marketing and advertising materials. By compiling in-depth information regarding each property she is able to create a marketing plan specific to each property and target the exact market audience. Ms. Rodrigues also organizes promotional events to publicize properties to the brokerage community.
