Hartford & New Haven, Connecticut Markets – Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial, LLC has recently leased over 51,000 SF in the Hartford and New Haven markets.
Massirio leased a 22,000 SF Industrial building in Cheshire to D-BAT Baseball Training Facility. The building was previously vacant in the industrial park located at 611-617 West Johnson Ave, now called Sky Central after it was purchased by Sky Management LLC. D-BAT is a Baseball training facility that already has another franchise located in Trumbull, CT. Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial represented the Landlord, Sky Management LLC, while D-BAT was represented by Brett Sherman of Angel Commercial.
Luke also leased 6,500 SF to Silas Deane Pawn at 58 East Street, Plainville, CT. Silas Deane Pawn will be occupying the former Family Dollar space in the neighborhood shopping center. This is the 9thlocation for CT’s Largest Pawn Store. The plaza is also home to Subway and Advance Auto Parts. Massirio represented the Landlord in the transaction.
14 Alcap Ridge, Cromwell, CT is another lease that Massirio procured this month. 22,500 SF was leased to Advanced Window Systems. The space leased consists of 12,500 SF of warehouse space and 10,000 SF of Office Space, leaving only 10,000 SF of office space still available for lease at 14 Alcap Ridge. This is a new facility for Advanced Window Systems which is currently located in Berlin, CT. The Landlord Fourteen Alcap, LLC was represented by Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial while Advanced Windows Systems was represented by Frank Fonteyne of Prestige Properties LLC.
