O,R&L Commercial Completes 3 Retail Leases for Metro Star Companies | Branford, CT

O,R&L Commercial is pleased to announce the completion of 3 retail Leases in one of Branford’s newest Mixed-Use Developments located on Route 1 at 367-383 East Main Street in Branford, CT. Frank Hird, SIOR and Will Braun, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial represented the Landlord, Metro 375, LLC c/o Metro Star Property Management, LLC and procured two of the new tenants – Caldarone Chiropractic Center of Branford, CT and Birch & Twine of Branford, LLC. The Coder School was represented by Grant Needleman of Reimagine CRE of Dallas, Tx. 

Construction on this development began in mid-2021. The project involved demolishing existing structures, including the Days Inn and the former Margarita Grill to make way for luxury apartments and commercial spaces. Star Deluxe Branford was a project by Metro Star Apartments, a well-respected real estate development firm with a proven track record in creating high-quality residential and commercial spaces with a commitment to fostering vibrant, sustainable communities. In October 2024, the first lease of 1,286± SF was completed to Caldarone Chiropractic Center of Branford, CT. Dr. Bruce Caldarone focuses on providing effective non-pharmaceutical evidence-based treatment for both musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. They provide a combination of chiropractic, physical medicine, nutrition, applied clinical neuroscience and rehabilitation combined with individualized care to their patients. 

The second Lease, also completed in October of 2024 was 1,291± SF leased to The Coder School, which will celebrate their grand opening in Branford mid-April of this year. The Coder School, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Silicon Valley, focuses on a mentor relationship with experienced coders who coach a small ratio of students at any level, ages 7 to 18, through the amazing technical journey of coding. Their other locations consist of Farmington, Glastonbury and Cheshire, CT. 

The third Lease, also consisting of 1,291± SF, completed in February of 2025 was leased to Birch & Twine of Branford, LLC.
