SOUTHINGTON, CT -- O,R&L Commercial is pleased to announce the late December Sale of a 2-story former Bank / Office building located in downtown Southington at 22 Main Street. The former Bank of America building at 22 Main Street was approved by Southington Planning & Zoning Commission in October 2025 for conversion into a restaurant featuring indoor / outdoor seating and a rooftop patio with the local company A&K Woodworking LLC which closed on the property late in December 2025. This approval followed a special exception for alcohol service and the project aims to revitalize the long-vacant site into a new dining destination. “We were pleased to represent the Town of Southington in the disposition of this property and to help facilitate a transaction that positions the building for its next chapter,” said Toby Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial.
