O,R&L Commercial is pleased to announce the recent sale of 730 Windham Road in Windham, CT. The seller, RYBRM, LLC, sold the building to Bargain Molding, who is expanding their business. 

The buyer, Bargain Molding, who owns multiple locations in New York, purchased the property for the expansion of their company into Connecticut. They will be using the space for importing their material, using the warehouse for assembly of products, and also will have small retail space for their customers. Kyleigh Caron of O,R&L Commercial brokered this sale for the buyer and seller.
