O,R&L Commercial is pleased to announce the recent sale of 400 Connecticut Blvd, East Hartford, CT. The seller, Soundview Growth Partners, LLC, sold the building to Newark Deal, LLC. 

400 Connecticut Blvd. is a two-story, 11,970± square foot commercial building in East Hartford. The property was sold in November 2025 to Newark Deal, LLC, which is a New Jersey limited liability company. The property was purchased as an investment with the owner looking to lease out the top floor of the building. The bottom is currently leased to Harley Davidson for overflow storage with their building adjacent to the rear of the property. 

The seller, Soundview Health Partners, LLC, with principal owner Paige Cecchi, sold the property for $550,000.
