Wallingford, CT | Kyleigh Caron of O,R&L Commercial, LLC brokered the Lease of 1,900 SF located at 822-824 East Center Street, Wallingford, CT.  Kyleigh Caron, from O,R&L represented the Landlord, East Center Plaza, Inc. The tenant American Knights, LLC Martial Arts Academy was represented by Richard Tabor of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New England Properties.  The space was previously vacant for several years. The new tenant American Knights, LLC will be using the space as American Knights Martial Arts Academy, a Taekwon-Do Dojang with Sahyunim Abtin Timothy as the Chief Instructor. Sahyunim Abtin Timothy was previously the Chief Instructor for Main Street Martial Arts in Providence, RI. With 30+ years of experience in Martial Arts, he is a 7th degree Black Belt, an international certified referee, and a member of the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) Headqaurtered in Vienna, Austria. 

American Knights Martial Arts Academy plans to open mid-February and will be offering classes in for all ages, as well as providing after-school programs.
