Bob Gaucher, of O,R&L Commercial, LLC brokered the sale of Shepard of the Hills Evangelical Lutheran Church in Simsbury, CT for a sale price of $750,000. This 8,213 SF church is situated on 8.50 acres. Bob Gaucher of O,R&L Commercial represented Shepard of the Hills and Richard Correia of RM Bradley represented Ieke and Mark Scully.  

7 Wescott Road, Simsbury CT was formerly the Shepard of the Hills Evangelical Lutheran Church. Due to declining membership, the church decided to sell the property and merge their congregation with another church. Ieke and Mark Scully recognized that the church property had serviced the community well and they purchased the property in hopes of finding a use that would continue to serve the community.
