Bob has been in the field of commercial real estate for more than 36 years and has been with O,R&L Commercial for the past 27 years.  As senior commercial specialist and as a manager in a prior firm, Bob has been involved in the sale and leasing of all types of commercial property including office and industrial buildings, retail shopping centers, apartments buildings, and leasing, selling and the development of land, both residential and commercial.  He has successfully negotiated and closed over 1,500 commercial transactions with private individuals, state and local governmental agencies, nonprofit companies, small companies, and many large firms including Fortune 500 Corporations.

Bob has had extensive commercial real estate training.  Bob’s training includes financial analysis, market analysis, tax planning, managing, and marketing troubled assets, decision analysis, negotiation, investment analysis, property site selection, and project planning.  His training and experience also include project financing, marketing, appraisal, contract negotiation and corporate real estate techniques.  Bob has also had hands on experience with real estate development beginning with initial site search and selection and ending with building construction.
