Luke has successfully negotiated sale and lease transactions spanning multiple asset classes including: industrial, office, retail, and land.  He has been involved in both residential and commercial transactions, and has worked with private individuals, small companies, local and international corporations as well as non-profit organizations.  He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Middlesex Connecticut Habitat for Humanity.  Luke has also owned and managed his own business which had previously operated out of the Xfinity Theater here in Hartford.

His services include market analysis, financial analysis, cost of construction, repositioning of distressed assets, marketing, land development consultation, negotiation, and environmental consulting.  He has also advised municipalities with regards to highest and best use analysis for planning and zoning commissions and economic developers.  Luke has an abundance of contacts and resources that designate him as a full service agent for his clients.  His education, experience, drive, and dedication ensure the highest level of commitment to his clients.

Mr. Massirio also has previous experience in the banking industry, where he consistently exceeded quarterly sales goals to earn himself various degrees of recognition from senior management.
