Andrew offers over 10 years of commercial real estate experience to his clients specializing in the areas of office and industrial sales and leasing. Andy has extensive experience in representing property owners , users, investors and tenants. Andrew believes the key to any successful transaction requires a thorough understanding of his client’s requirements, industry knowledge and communication between all parties. He also understands how beneficial it is to his clients that O,R&L Commercial Real Estate is a fully integrated operation, offering its clients commercial brokerage, construction, property management and maintenance. With Andrew’s experience in commercial brokerage, his goal with every client is to assist in getting each transaction closed as a win-win for everyone. In addition, Andrew owned and managed a successful property management company for over 12 years. He was responsible for overseeing the daily operations as well as tenant leasing. As the previous owner of a small business, Andrew thrives in the entrepreneurial environment that commercial brokerage provides. Andrew lives in the Corbin’s Corner area of West Hartford with his family.
