Mr. Marshall’s 30 years of national retail management experience and his understanding of the operational dynamics of successful merchandising and marketing organizations bring valuable perspective to the O,R&L team. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry and joining O,R&L, Phil enjoyed a successful career in the retail industry serving in a variety of management level jobs. His tenure at Ames Department Stores and then at Remington Products included Manager, Director and Vice President positions. While at Remington, he served on the retail site development and approval committee.

In addition, Mr. Marshall has years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate market place, both as a Commercial Sales and Leasing Specialist and as the Real Estate Manager for a Hartford area developer. He has significant experience in Lease and Sale contract negotiation and site selection.
