Carol Karney joined O,R&L’s Rocky Hill office as a Commercial and Industrial Specialist in 2006 and prior to that was responsible for a global corporate real estate portfolio of 20+ million square feet.  She has direct experience with large structured financing and individual as well as portfolio property sale / leaseback transactions.  

As a former discerning client she embodies a client-centric focus in all transactions. Since joining O,R&L Carol has represented local and national clients in their efforts to sell,  purchase or lease investment, office and industrial property.
