John Izzo and Kory Iaderosa, Property Managers for O,R&L Facility Services, both have earned Green Professional Building Skills Training (GPRO) certificates in Fundamentals of Building Green and Operations & Maintenance Essentials from the CT Chapter of the US Green Building Council.

The certification confirms that the holder is competent in sustainability and green construction for buildings under management.  GPRO certificate holders are poised to work in accordance with new regulations and to meet expectations of owners and tenants who want healthier, environmentally sustainable and energy-efficient buildings.
