O,R,&L Facility Services is pleased to announce that the company received a Certificate of Recognition as a Gold Level Participant in the U.S. Dept. of Labor Occupational Safety & Health Administration’s 2018 National Safety Stand Down to Prevent Falls program. This is the company’s 4th consecutive year of participation.
The purpose of the National Fall Prevention Stand-Down is to raise awareness of preventing fall hazards in construction. However, any commercial company can participate in a Safety Stand-Down. The event is a voluntary opportunity for employers to talk directly to employees about safety. The Stand-Down focuses on “Fall Hazards” and reinforcing the importance of “Fall Prevention.” |

The company’s Safety Plan includes orientation for new employees, general safety awareness and site-specific training, OSHA mandated training and on-going bi-weekly “Tool Box Talks” in which managers and supervisors introduce new topics/techniques to their teams to keep safety awareness at the forefront of their work environment. |
