O,R&L Receives "Office Building of the Year" Award for Orlando City Hall

O,R&L Facility Services, received the “Office Building of the Year” award in the government category from the Orlando Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for its work with Orlando’s City Hall. Sue Black, executive vice president, and Doris Wasson, property manager, oversee the project, which provides comprehensive management, maintenance and janitorial services for the 250,000-sq.-ft. structure.

The “Office Building of the Year” award is the most prestigious and comprehensive of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality and rewarding excellence in office building management. Nominees are judged in areas ranging from community involvement and site management to environmental and “green” policies. O,R&L received the same award for their management of the New York State Department of Transportation (2010) and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (2009) buildings, both in Albany, NY.
