Properties include the new Amway Center (400 W. Church St.), Orlando Performing Arts Centre (401 W. Livingston St.) and the Florida Citrus Bowl Complex (1610 W. Church St.). The venues accommodate maximum seating for 20,000, 2,431 and 70,000, respectively.

O,R&L provides comprehensive management, maintenance and custodial services for the State of New York Department of Transportation facility located at 50 Wolf Road in Albany, NY.
O,R&L Facility Services, received the “Office Building of the Year” award in the government category from the Orlando Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) for its work with Orlando’s City Hall. Sue Black, executive vice president, and Doris Wasson, property manager, oversee the project, which provides comprehensive management, maintenance and janitorial services for the 250,000-sq.-ft. structure.
