3PL Worldwide President Clyde Mount visited the building in late October and with a couple of follow up visits and a lot of hard work by all involved, signed a long term lease before the end of November 2016.
IRG worked diligently with Southington Town Officials, contractors and the staff at 3PL Worldwide to fit out the initial space for occupancy in an extremely short 40 day period. It was only through this effort the time table set by 3PL Worldwide was met and shortly after the holidays, goods were arriving at 75 Aircraft Road.
3PL Worldwide provides fulfillment and logistics services with facilities in Southington and Milford, CT along with Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Southington facility allows 3PL to add catalogs and offer additional services to its growing clientele. The building at 75 Aircraft Road was originally built in the 1940’s to build and repair airplane engines as part of the war effort.
